Hey Viya, here's the recipe for mango salsa I used here:
Make a chutney/paste with a bunch of coriander leaves, 2-3 green chillis (according to your taste), a sprinkle of salt and a little bit of sugar. Mix this well with 2 chopped ripe mangoes. Squeeze some lime juice and mix it again. If you like rock salt, you can put in a pinch of that too. Mango salsa's done in no time!
